Después de semanas dando información a cuentagotas del futuro Guitar Hero: Van Halen, Activision ha desvelado todos los detalles relacionados con esta entrega "especial" de su saga musical. Según lo anunciado, Guitar Hero: Van Halen llegará en versiones para PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Wii y Xbox 360, con una fecha de lanzamiento prevista en Estados Unidos para el 22 de diciembre (en Europa se estima que nos llegará en fechas similares). No habrá ningún tipo de novedad en los instrumentos respecto a lo que presente el próximo Guitar Hero 5 y, en el tema de las canciones, contaremos con un total de 47 canciones, de las cuales 28 pertenecerán al grupo Van Halen, mientras que las 19 restantes serán de otros grupos en los que Van Halen ha influido o les han influido. Hay que señalar que de estas 28 canciones de Van Halen, tres serán solos de guitarra. Podéis ver la lista completa de canciones pulsando en "Leer más".
